All reservations booked may require a non-refundable US$50.00 pre-payment UNLESS one of the following conditions are true during your rental dates: *Your vacation is cancelled due to restriction. *Dominica airport closure due to bad weather. IF your reservation meets one (1) of the criteria above, your options are: Apply the US$00.00 towards any future reservations. *Receive a full refund of US$50.00 pre-payment.

If you need to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, you may cancel, you must submit a request by emailing datropicaljeeprental@gmail.com  any time before the 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time by entering your information.

If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or if you fail to pick up the rental vehicle, a no show fee of US$50.00 will apply.

If your plans change and you no longer require the rental, you must cancel this reservation via email @ datropicaljeeprental@gmail.com  before the scheduled pick up time or the applicable no show fee will apply.
